Customer Service Advisor (CSA)
Location: Endicott, NY
Position: Full-Time

Evans Plumbing & Heating
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and compassion.
- Schedule plumbing, heating, cooling, and well pump service appointments.
- Coordinate technician schedules for maximum efficiency.
- Communicate with customers regarding appointment times and updates.
- Follow up with customers to ensure exceptional service.
- Help maintain accurate customer records and job information.
- Support the office team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and learning scheduling software.
- Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Customer service or office experience preferred (home service experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person).
